I am Ayman, a researcher who has worked closely with many families as a principal and advisor. Through my fieldwork, I have learned the importance of patience, encouragement, and empowerment in improving our societies.
I strive to promote acceptance of special needs students, fostering diversity and inclusivity in schools, workplaces, and communities.
I’m also an active social worker and volunteer, dedicating my time to charities and community associations. Additionally, I’m proud to have founded the “light-it-up” social initiative.
