I am Ikram, a PhD Candidate and Teaching Fellow at Abdelmalek Essaadi University. As a Virtual Exchange Program Fellow and Senior Facilitation Trainer at Soliya Inc, I have participated in the Erasmus+VE consortium since 2017, holding various roles including Senior Program Facilitator, Consultant, Training Moderator, and Coach. Additionally, I serve as the Vice-President of Al Meshaal Association.
My areas of expertise includes Moroccan gender and literary studies, peace dialogue, conflict transformation, and sustainability. I was selected for the MEPI SLP, a six-week intensive training in the United States funded by the State Department and am now preparing to attend the ‘Leadership for Change Academy in Sweden.
