I am Lydia, a dedicated teacher and passionate activist from Tizi Ouzou, Algeria. I believe in equal opportunities for all and have committed myself to volunteering and preserving the history of marginalised communities, including the Amazigh people. As the leader of Real Algerians, I work to foster inclusivity and develop leadership among youth.
Through my podcast, Brainy Podcast with Lydia, I explore Algeria-centric themes, discussing volunteering, culture, education, philosophy, technology, and health. As a member of le Réseau Algérien de Jeunes Engagé.es, I collaborate on navigating Algeria’s political landscape and advocating for progressive policies. My mission is to contribute meaningfully to society and drive positive change.
