En outre, des repr\u00e9sentants du secr\u00e9tariat du M\u00e9morandum d\u2019entente m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en (MED MoU) sur le contr\u00f4le des navires par l\u2019\u00c9tat du port, d\u2019IMO\/REMPEC, du CETMO et de l\u2019UpM ont assist\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9union en qualit\u00e9 d\u2019observateurs. L\u2019Universit\u00e9 maritime mondiale \u00e9tait \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sente lors de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie d\u2019ouverture et a propos\u00e9 un bref discours d\u2019introduction.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019AESM a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les activit\u00e9s men\u00e9es d\u2019octobre 2017 \u00e0 octobre 2018.\u00a0Tous les pays b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires ont \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un ensemble de priorit\u00e9s et d\u2019attentes pour la p\u00e9riode 2019-2021 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle tant r\u00e9gionale que bilat\u00e9rale.
