Apr\u00e8s avoir donn\u00e9 un aper\u00e7u de la situation de la dette publique tunisienne avant la pand\u00e9mie et des d\u00e9fis pos\u00e9s par la crise de la COVID-19, le brief sugg\u00e8re des mesures suppl\u00e9mentaires pour contrer les effets sur l\u2019\u00e9conomie nationale.<\/p>\n<p>Les mesures \u00e0 court terme comprennent l\u2019extension du soutien aux PME qui sont le v\u00e9ritable levier de l\u2019\u00e9conomie tunisienne. Les mesures \u00e0 moyen terme comprennent un soutien accru \u00e0 la modernisation du secteur de la sant\u00e9 et des actions dans le secteur financier telles que la r\u00e9duction du taux d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat directeur pour stimuler l\u2019investissement priv\u00e9 national.<\/p>\n<p>De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, une coordination des politiques entre les autorit\u00e9s fiscales et mon\u00e9taires sera n\u00e9cessaire et l\u2019\u00ab\u00c9tat-providence\u00bb devrait retrouver sa place et jouer son r\u00f4le dans le domaine de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale et dans la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019une dualit\u00e9 public-priv\u00e9 dans tous les secteurs (sant\u00e9, \u00e9ducation, transport, etc.), en garantissant l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 sociale et \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n<p><em>La r\u00e9cente crise du coronavirus menace la sant\u00e9, les \u00e9conomies et les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de tous les pays. Dans les pays du Sud et de l\u2019Est de la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e la lutte contre la pand\u00e9mie est encore plus compliqu\u00e9e. Une coop\u00e9ration et des strat\u00e9gies UE-Med dans des secteurs cl\u00e9s sont n\u00e9cessaires.
