La question de recherche concerne les d\u00e9terminants de l\u2019emploi des jeunes, en particulier les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s entre les sexes chez les jeunes en Afrique du Nord en ce qui concerne segmentation formelle \/ informelle. Un mod\u00e8le logistique binaire \u00e9tudie d\u2019abord ces d\u00e9terminants de l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux segments du march\u00e9 du travail formel et informel. Ensuite, le papier\u00a0se concentre sur la r\u00e9partition des sexes sur la division de l\u2019emploi formel \/ informel. Les r\u00e9gressions quantiles mettent en \u00e9vidence les sch\u00e9mas de r\u00e9partition des salaires selon le sexe \u00e9carts salariaux et la segmentation du march\u00e9 du travail. Enfin, une d\u00e9composition Oaxaca-Ransom\u00a0mesure l\u2019\u00e9cart salarial entre hommes et femmes, qui reste pour la plupart inexpliqu\u00e9.
