Nous parlons de surqualification lorsque, sur un poste donn\u00e9, un employ\u00e9 poss\u00e8de un niveau d\u2019\u00e9ducation sup\u00e9rieur aux exigences de ce poste. Nous avons utilis\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es provenant de la plus r\u00e9cente enqu\u00eate nationale sur la population et l\u2019emploi de 2013 et un mod\u00e8le PROBIT pour \u00e9tudier les facteurs qui sont \u00e0 l\u2019origine de cette surqualification.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019analyse \u00e9conom\u00e9trique confirme que les caract\u00e9ristiques individuelles et celles de l\u2019emploi jouent un r\u00f4le essentiel dans l\u2019explication de la surqualification des dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s. Nos r\u00e9sultats montrent qu\u2019une proportion significative de la main d\u2019\u0153uvre tunisienne est surqualifi\u00e9e pour son poste (19.8%).
