{"id":173611,"date":"2018-01-29T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2018-01-28T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/south.euneighbours.eu\/publication\/rapport-de-recherche-du-femise-politiques-du-marche-du-travail-et-informalite-en-algerie\/"},"modified":"2022-07-08T14:47:21","modified_gmt":"2022-07-08T11:47:21","slug":"rapport-de-recherche-du-femise-politiques-du-marche-du-travail-et","status":"publish","type":"publication","link":"https:\/\/www.eumedbridge.eu\/fr\/publication\/rapport-de-recherche-du-femise-politiques-du-marche-du-travail-et\/","title":{"rendered":"Rapport de recherche du FEMISE: Politiques du march\u00e9 du travail et informalit\u00e9 en Alg\u00e9rie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span><span><span>Le rapport passe en revue les m\u00e9canismes de politique du march\u00e9 du travail mis en \u0153uvre par le gouvernement alg\u00e9rien en 2008 et \u00e9value leur impact sur l\u2019informalit\u00e9, l\u2019emploi et le secteur informel<\/span><\/span><strong><span><span><span><span>. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span>Le rapport utilise les donn\u00e9es des enqu\u00eates sur l\u2019emploi des m\u00e9nages men\u00e9es par l\u2019ONS de 1997 \u00e0 2013. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Nous examinons la situation de trois cat\u00e9gories de population : les employ\u00e9s, les nouveaux employ\u00e9s et les travailleurs ind\u00e9pendants, en mettant l\u2019accent sur l\u2019effet suite \u00e0 l\u2019enregistrement \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale pour les employ\u00e9s, et en \u00e9tudiant aussi l\u2019effet suite \u00e0 l\u2019enregistrement administratif et fiscal des travailleurs ind\u00e9pendants. Nous utilisons la m\u00e9thodologie \u00ab Difference in Difference \u00bb (DID) et nous comparons deux p\u00e9riodes: 1997-2007 et 2008-2013; nous appliquons l\u2019estimateur DID comme un test de falsification dans la premi\u00e8re p\u00e9riode seulement. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Selon les r\u00e9sultats, l\u2019impact des dispositifs de la politique du march\u00e9 du travail sur l\u2019informalit\u00e9 s\u2019av\u00e8re h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8ne. Un impact n\u00e9gatif sur l\u2019emploi informel pour les employ\u00e9s qui travaillent dans des entreprises comptant au moins 10 travailleurs est observ\u00e9. Aucun effet significatif n\u2019est document\u00e9 pour les employ\u00e9s dans les entreprises comptant de cinq \u00e0 neuf employ\u00e9s. Pour les nouveaux employ\u00e9s, l\u2019impact n\u2019est pas tr\u00e8s significatif.
