Pourtant, au cours de la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode, les populations en \u00e2ge de travailler devraient augmenter dans de nombreux pays d\u2019Afrique, d\u2019Asie et d\u2019Am\u00e9rique latine, selon les estimations. Dans ce contexte, notre dernier document d\u2019orientation vise \u00e0 favoriser le d\u00e9bat sur l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la mobilit\u00e9 des comp\u00e9tences en tant que priorit\u00e9 mondiale et propose des recommandations aux responsables politiques europ\u00e9ens et nationaux ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 d\u2019autres acteurs cl\u00e9s.
