After Kébili, it’s Gabès’ turn! From April 8 to 12, 2025, 20 youth-led social and solidarity economy organizations operating in Gabès received specialized training in hygiene, food safety, quality control, and HACCP certification, with support from the EU-funded Jeun’ESS program. This session is a continuation of the training organized in Kébili, as part of Jeun’ESS’s strategy to build the capacities of young Tunisian entrepreneurs. Thanks to concrete tools—personal hygiene, risk management, and quality standards—these projects are now better prepared to access national and international markets. This training is another step toward inclusive, sustainable, and resilient local economies driven by youth.
