In the framework of the EU-funded Support Programme to training-job and qualification adequacy (AFEQ), EU trade advisers form the EU Delegation to Algeria and a number of EU embassies visited the Ourhoud oil site, managed by the Sonatrach / CEPSA consortium and to the AKHIAM project of the ALKSAR association for culture and reform Ouargla.
The Support Programme to training-job and qualification adequacy (AFEQ) is co-funded by the European Union (€10 million) and the Algerian government (€1 million). It aims at ensuring a better adequacy between training and employment through a better involvement of the companies in youth training and insertion. The programme will last 36 months.
