As Libya’s main partner on human rights-compliant border and migration management, the EU Delegation celebrated the successful conclusion of two EU-funded trainings organised by UNODC & ICMPD to strengthen Libyan capacity to save lives at sea and on land, and to operate Libya’s Maritime Rescue Coordination Center in line with international law.
