During their visit to Belgium, the Goodwill Ambassadors were able to meet senior officials from the European Commission to discuss the priorities of the cooperation between the European Union and countries of the Southern Neighbourhood.
The 1st meeting took place in the offices of the Directorate-General for European Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations (DG NEAR) in the presence of several Directors. The 2nd meeting took place in the offices of the European External Action Service (EEAS), the diplomatic service of the European Union.
