The report stems from a collaborative cross-border effort among Spanish, French and Israeli partners of project to address the main environmental challenges of the hotel industry in the Mediterranean area.
The catalogue offers a list of technologies, services and products that have the potential to substantially improve water and energy efficiency in hotels, from laundry facilities, swimming pools to air conditioning systems.
