This document collects a set of policy recommendations prepared by a team of experts and coordinated by the Regional Activity Centre for Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP/RAC) in order to establish an enabling environment and remove barriers to the development and growth of green and circular businesses (also called “sustainable businesses”) in the Mediterranean region.
This document was drafted in the framework of the implementation of the Barcelona Convention COP21 Decision IG. 24/13 and with the support of the EU-funded SwitchMed project.
