At the start of the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence, Ambassadors of the European Union and EU Member States in Egypt join forces to say No to gender based-violence. Team Europe is working towards ending gender-based violence.
In Egypt, we are proud that EU-supported programmes promote women’s empowerment and the prevention of violence against women and girls, including projects carried out in collaboration with EU Member States. Women’s rights are fundamental human rights and we must all work together to say “No to violence against women and girls.
