The EU and Jordan Co-Presidency and Secretariat of the Union for the Mediterranean have the pleasure of inviting you to join the upcoming webinar ‘Towards COP 1: Mediterranean Perspectives on BBNJ Implementation’, taking place on 03 November at 14h00-15h45 CET.
Various instruments are already available to support countries towards ratification and early implementation of the BBNJ Treaty, which entered into force on 17 January 2026.
The webinar aims at gathering Mediterranean perspectives on the implementation of the BBNJ Agreement, each from its own angle, with a view to promoting a shared understanding and a coherent regional approach.
