EU Neighbourhood Enlargement Director General Christian Danielsson is visiting Lebanon. He met with Speaker Berri, Raya al-Hassan, Minister of Interior and Municipalities and several government ministers, as well as private sector representatives to discuss economic developments and EU support.
He also visited Nasriyet Rizk in the Beqaa where the EU is supporting the delivery of water services to local populations and providing protection programmes to refugees.
