Provision of a technical assistance team to assist the Delegation of the European Union and the Tunisian authorities, in particular the Ministry of Health, in the implementation of the programme, whose aim is to improve access to and quality of basic health services, as well as the management and governance of health services at the local level. The technical assistance will require a heavy involvement in the targeted regions.
