SOLE cross border policy recommendations on building energy efficiency

EU project project SOLE shares a new set of cross-border policy recommendations with the aim to deliver a strategic vision and a set of actions designed to influence and determine all major decisions and actions concerning green building rehabilitation: this document is based on an integration and further elaboration of the local stakeholder working groups’ recommendations.
