Roots Of Business Change 2026

Where ideas take root, business change begins.

Across North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf, business change starts from the ground up — in local realities, bold ideas, and the determination to build something that lasts.

Roots of Business Change will spend an entire year shining a light on entrepreneurs, initiatives and organisations helping shape stronger, more resilient and more forward-looking economies across the region.

From emerging businesses to community-driven initiatives, this campaign celebrates people and projects creating meaningful change where it matters most: on the ground.
