Yemen Cooperation with Religious Institutions in the MENA region as a European Policy Tool

EuroMeSCo ENI Project, co-funded by the European Commission and the IEMed, is organising a workshop in Poland on November 12.
The workshop will examine the scope and impact of cooperation between European policy-making actors and religious institutions on preventing violent extremism, conflict resolution, integration and migration, as well as between religious institutions themselves, both in Europe and the MENA region, with the purpose to provide recommendations for a better European policy formulation.
The debate will focus on three case studies, including among others, the role and degree of influence exerted by religious institutions in the Maghreb.
