Yemen Egypt : ‘Governance on Migration through Institutional Support’ project launched

Ambassador Christian Berger, Head of the European Union Delegation to Egypt, launched the ‘Governance on Migration through Institutional Support’ (CONMIGO) project, on 5 December 2021 in Cairo, Egypt.
The project will set up peer-to-peer cooperation and exchange expertise and experiences aiming at facilitating orderly, safe, and responsible migration and mobility of people. It comes as a positive and constructive follow up to the EU-Egypt High level Dialogue on Migration, which took place in Nov 2021.
