Yemen Egypt: Mogherini condemns attacks on Coptic Churches

Following the attacks that hit Coptic churches in the Egyptian cities of Tanta and Alexandria, the EU High Representative for foreign affairs Federica Mogherini said “worshippers, no matter what their belief is, should always be free to pray in peace.”
Mogherini reaffirmed the EU’s solidarity with the Egyptian government and people in the fight against terrorism. “Those responsible for the attacks must be held accountable,” she stressed.
