On the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the ANIMA Investment Network, and in the context of the Mediterranean Economic Week in Marseilles, ANIMA and their partners are organising the EMEA (Europe – Middle East – Africa) Business Forum on 2 and 3 November 2016 at Villa Méditerranée in Marseilles. The Forum benefits from the support of EU-funded Euromed Invest.
The Forum is targeted at business and economic decision-makers from this region, and will deal with the opportunities brought by the digital revolution and the new frontiers of cooperation between Europe and Mediterranean.
The ANIMA EMEA Business Forum is aimed at:
- corporations or entrepreneurs interested in promoting their company in the EMEA region, understanding these markets and developing business networks across the region;
- private or public business support organisations willing to enhance or share their knowledge of the EMEA markets and develop contacts to serve their clients;
- investment or business promotion organisations interested in promoting their country or territory towards companies and business networks; and
- investors looking for high-level contacts and new venture opportunities.
The ANIMA Investment Network is a multi-country cooperation platform for economic development in the Mediterranean. It aims at promoting the economies of the Mediterranean countries, and to contribute and to favour networking and cooperation between economic actors from European and Mediterranean countries.
The aim of the EUROMED Invest project is to boost private business and investment within the Euro-Mediterranean region to contribute to inclusive economic development. The project’s activities aim to empower Euro-Med business and investment networks to implement targeted strategies in support of SME development in specific sectors: agri-food, water and alternative energies, tourism, transport and logistics, cultural and creative industries.
