The EUD to Lebanon’s assistance to the Lebanese Internal Security Forces (ISF) is built on the promotion and respect for human rights, for the security force to grow into one that is fully at the service of citizens.
On October 1st, a new partnership between ISF and the USJ (University Saint-Joseph of Beirut) will contribute to building national capacities in a sustainable way.
