Last week, the European Delegation in Lebanon in partnership with OMSAR (the Office of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform) closed AFKAR, the first EU-funded programme to support civil society in Lebanon bringing CSOs and local authorities closer together.
AFKAR is a programme funded by the European Union and managed by the Office of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform, aiming at reinforcing Lebanese civil society organisations and to strengthen partnership between the Public Sector and the Lebanese Civil Society.
