Yemen The European Union gives donations to a maintenance project in Libya

Two days ago, on Tuesday 12th February, Dr. Emad Sayeh, the High National Elections Commission (HNEC) Chairman, met with the EU Ambassador to Libya, Alan Bugeja.
The discussion was about the progress of work at the project of maintenance and construction works at HNEC new Head Quarters, which is a project where the European Union is the biggest donor.
