Yemen Gender equality: capitalisation workshop on EU support to Moroccan civil society
On the occasion of the International Women’s Day, the EU-funded programme Moucharaka Mouwatina organises, in Tangier, a capitalisation workshop on the European Union support to the Moroccan civil society to promote gender equality.
The workshop was inaugurated by the EU Ambassador to Morocco, the President of the Regional Council of Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima, the Representative of the Social Development Agency- Ministry of Solidarity, Women, Family and Social Development, in the presence of representatives of local authorities and civil society.
The Moucharaka Mouwatina programme supports civil society initiatives in the fields of youth, gender equality and environment. It is deployed at the regional level, through four offices in the pilot regions of Casablanca-Settat, the Oriental, Souss-Massa and Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceima.
