Yemen High Representative/Vice-President Mogherini speaks to Libyan Prime Minister Al-Serraj

The High Representative/Vice-President Federica Mogherini had a phone conversation yesterday with Libyan Prime Minister Fayez Mustafa Al-Serraj to discuss the political situation in Libya.
High Representative Mogherini stressed the importance of the political track under UN auspices reiterating that there can be no military solution to the crisis.
The High Representative and the Prime Minister agreed to keep in close contact in the coming days and continue the dialogue.
