The project “Improving Mediterranean territories’ social cohesion around water” officially launched its website on 22 March on the occasion of the International Water Day and is available here: www.eaumediterranee.org
This project aims at restoring social justice and giving women’s work in rural areas greater importance, in Spain and in Morocco. More specifically, it seeks to improve families of farmer women and men’s living conditions and to counteract the rural exodus by restoring social justice, particularly for youth and women. It also aims at fostering social cohesion and intercultural dialogue at the local level in order to allow this socio-economic transformation.
The project is co-funded by the European Union and supported by the Anna Lindh Foundation.
