Yemen Union for the Mediterranean webinar to address issue of Euro-Mediterranean youth voluntary response to COVID-19 crisis
The Union for the Mediterranean (UfM) is organising the webinar “The Euro-Mediterranean Youth Voluntary response to the COVID-19 crisis” as an occasion for youth hailing from the Euro-Mediterranean region to share their experiences in the voluntary sector, what initiatives they are taking to help those mostly at risk as a response to the pandemic. Their shared success stories will shed light on lessons learned and how to cope in the face of various challenges. The webinar will be held on 14 May at 12:00.
The introductory session will be dedicated to informative presentations from different aspects of the voluntary service such as how civil protection actors are better prepared to strengthen the voluntary sector and the role of youth voluntary organisations that are showing intergenerational solidarity on the local and regional level.
