Yemen WES-BCA online Kick-off Meeting of the environment activity in Morocco
The WES-BCA project organised an online kick-off meeting of the environment activity in Morocco, on the financial impact assessment and economic implications of the proposed EPR model, on June 18, 2026. This WES-BCA activity is to support the establishment of an Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) system for PET bottles in Morocco, by defining a sustainable institutional and financial operational model fully aligned with the principles of the circular and green economy. The activity is prepared with the collaboration of the Ministry of Energy Transition and Sustainable Development of Morocco. During the meeting, the team of WES-BCA environment experts presented the activity’s action plan and discussed the issues raised with key stakeholders.
