Mission description:
Under the responsibility of the programme manager, the president of the association and in close collaboration with the executive cell, the accounting officer will be responsible for:
– Participation in expenditure planning and budget monitoring of the programme
– Establishment of a financial monitoring table,
– Entering the program’s accounts and archiving the supporting documents,
– Establishment of cash flow forecasts and cash flow monitoring,
– Management of the administrative and accounting aspects of the program staff,
– Follow up with the auditor,
– Participation in the preparation of reports with the program manager
