The Twinning Light aims at improving the safety and quality of animal origin products for human consumption, in particular for imports and exports, in line with EU standards. It aims at doing so by strengthening the capacities of all actors in the sector in performing controls on food of animal origin thanks to the formulation of Israel’s first official guidelines on organoleptic evaluation and adoption of the corresponding training material.
