The global objective of this call for proposals is to contribute to healthy lives and the physical and mental
well–being of persons living in Lebanon.
The specific objective(s) of this call for proposals is to improve equitable access to quality primary health care services.
The priority(ies) of this call for proposals is/are:
- To ensure continued access to quality primary health care services across national territory;
- To support increased access to quality mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) services at PHCCs including increase technical capacity building of front–line staff;
- To contribute to improved knowledge of health personnel on the status of energy use and efficiency at supported PHCCs;
- To promote harmonisation in the delivery of primary health care services part of the MoPH Primary Health Care Network;
