The DIEM Project has officially opened the Call for Applications for the International Training of Trainers (ToT) Programme, an international capacity-building initiative addressed to professionals, researchers and representatives of institutions working in the field of Cultural Heritage.
The programme is designed to strengthen knowledge, practical skills and international cooperation in the management, conservation, documentation and communication of Cultural Heritage across the Mediterranean region.

SHORT PROGRAMME:
PHASE 1 – THEORETICAL ONLINE TRAINING | 20 HOURS FROM MID SEPTEMBER 2026
Online lectures delivered in English by international experts, covering: Cultural heritage management | Conservation | Documentation | Governance | International best practices
PHASE 2 – APPLIED ONLINE TRAINING | 20 HOURS FROM MID OCTOBER 2026
Interactive sessions supporting participants in the development of Management and Communication Plans for selected heritage pilot sites.
PHASE 3 – INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOP IN JORDAN | 4-5 DAYS – EARLY 2027
Selected participants will work with DIEM experts on pilot site Management and Communication Plans, take part in practical activities, contribute to the development of Groups B and C Training Toolkit, and engage in international knowledge exchange. Travel and accommodation costs will be covered by the DIEM Project, subject to project rules.
