The Delegation of the European Union to Israel is offering a position of Project Assistant (LA2 group) for the Operations Section.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Provide operational and logistical support to the Operations section, especially the following duties:
- Administrative support in the management of the EU-funded contracts (preparation of files,
relations with beneficiaries, etc.…)
- Support to the communication and visibility tasks of the section (drafting of short
communication texts for the web and social media, database of project photos, etc.)
- Logistics of external and internal events (organise meetings, take and draft minutes, dispatch
of documents, invitations, etc.…)
- Information gathering on the sectors of interest for the section
- Other activities in the interest of the service as required
