This twinning project‘s overall objective is to support the modernisation of the Public Employment Service in Algeria and to strengthen its intervention capacity.
The specific objective of this project is :
- Development of Internet-based services for end users of the public employment service.
- Consolidation of the Algerian Public Employment Service’s capacity to organise and steer the development of the competences of its staff.
At the end of the twinning project, three mandatory results must have been achieved:
- ANEM services, including web services set up for users of Employment Public Service is significantly strengthened;
- ANEM’s organization and instruments to provide its services are strengthened in order to ensure a better evolution capacity of its services;
- The approach of training engineering is introduced as a method enabling skills development of ANEM staff.
