The report is the outcome of a joint process between European Development Partners and the Palestinian Authority to monitor progress of the National Policy Agenda implementation and of the aid effectiveness agenda.
Progress was mixed and acutely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic beginning of 2020. Most Palestinian sector strategies were revised and extended to 2023, in particular taking lessons from COVID-19 crisis into account. The European Joint Strategy and its Result Oriented Framework is currently being revised and extended accordingly.
