Yemen Euro-Mediterranean Regional Dialogue on Advocacy in the Field of Gender Equality
This document presents the visions, priorities, challenges and recommendations resulting from the “Euro – Mediterranean Regional Dialogue on Advocacy in the Field of Gender Equality’’ which took place between 24 and 26 October 2017 in Casablanca (Morocco) as part of the CSO WINS project “Capacity-Building in the Southern Mediterranean to Open Policy Dialogue and Monitoring for Women in Society” funded by the European Union.
It also reflects the experiences of 50 associations in terms of programming, implementing and monitoring gender equality policies on both sides of the Mediterranean, as well as the views of experts and representatives of universities, media and international bodies active in the Euro-Mediterranean region (the European Union, the Union for the Mediterranean, UN Women, the UN Population Fund, States like Morocco and France, etc.) with regard to gender and women issues.
