This is the final report for the study on `Mapping cultural projects, initiatives and partnerships in external relations of the EU, Member States, local authorities, institutions and CSOs at the European and national levels`. The purpose of the study is to map the fragmented ecosystem of world-wide institutions and activities that constitutes the international cultural relations of various members of the EU’s multilevel political system. In addition, a model for a data base will be developed as a part of this report.
