This newsletter introduces the 7 steps of the Testing Phase that are being performed in the 3 municipalities of the consortium. The three municipalities have selected a neighbourhood and a building in order to test the SNTool (Sustainable Neighbourhood Tool) and SBTool (Sustainable Building Tool). These two tools start from a generic framework and they are adaptated with the selection of the inputs more important for the municipalities.
