Since the beginning of the Israeli-Hamas conflict on 7 October 2023, the ETF has been monitoring and collating data from a wide range of information sources. Our aim is to track and review the impact of the crisis on education infrastructure and on the movement of people, as well as the consequences for the labour market and the effect on education delivery. The compilation of information provides a snapshot of how the situation is unfolding. It also reports on what the future may hold in terms of reconstruction, recovery of the private sector and the long-term impact on education.
