Overall purpose:
In liaison with the HOA (EUDEL Tunis), assist the Head of delegation Libya in the fulfilment of his/her mandate as regards the management of the Delegation in accordance with the existing rules and regulations, in particular as regards the proper management of the staff numbers, physical assets ans security of the Delegation; to plan and coordinate the word of the Administration Section; to act as Imprest Account Holder when necessary
