In the framework of the Program Support to the Implementation of the EU-funded Association Agreement (P3A) Algeria-EU, managed by the Ministry of Trade, an institutional twinning was launched for the benefit of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Algiers, entitled “Support for the implementation of a quality approach within the plant protection services and technical controls”.
For the operational implementation of this twinning, the PMU, responsible for the administrative management of twinning, recruits:
