The Resident Twinning Adviser is responsible for the operational implementation of the twinning project and will take up her duties in mid-April 2018. She will have the services of an assistant who will intervene to collaborate with her in her daily work for the implementation of the various activities that will be deployed during the twinning: expert missions, seminars, conferences, training in Morocco and internships in the EU.
