The overall objective is to offer strategic support to the Palestinian Civil Defence (PCD) in safeguarding the lives, property, and the environment in Palestine. The specific objective is an enhanced operational readiness and emergency response of the PCD in a context of heightened unpredictability in the West Bank and post-conflict* in the Gaza Strip.
