Yemen Recruitment of the Support Unit for the Implementation of the Program for the Adequacy of Training-Employment-Qualification, Algeria
The call aims to mobilize a long and short-term technical assistance team for the support of institutional and civil society actors involved in the implementation of the program.
The general objective of the project is to ensure a better match between training and employment through greater involvement of companies and economic sectors in the training and integration of young people.
Three specific objectives are identified:
1) to ensure the adaptation of qualifications to the demands of job offers expressed by the priority sectors;
2) to ensure the structural match between training and employment through the positioning of the company and economic sectors at the heart of the vocational training and apprenticeship system;
3) to ensure the structural match between training and employment by bringing the company closer to the university training system.
