The planned objectives are th strengthening the level of protection of the right to privacy and personal data in Morocco, through the strengthening of the institutional and organizational capacities of the National Commission for the Protection of Personal Data (CNDP), its capacity to communicate As well as strengthening the legal framework by supporting the process of convergence towards the EU in order to reinforce the level of protection in line with the requirements of the European Union and European good practices.
